Ongoing cases at IRCC, Services Canada, Veterans Affairs, Canada Revenue Agency, and many more remain incomplete, while people’s lives are on hold. The traditional documentation that people need to track down is not always available. Some requests can therefore not be completed. We need these systems to empower workers to find alternative pathways for Canadians.
So many Canadians remain under and unemployed, this seems to be the perfect opportunity to get more of this important work done. We need to initiate this major hiring push.
