As the second wave of COVID-19 is beginning, we need to put money in the hands of Canadians, especially those most vulnerable. Far too many are left out of the government’s new relief efforts including persons with disabilities, people living below the poverty line, and students. All Canadians should have what they need to survive and thrive.
